Permitted Email Categories
NiishCloud email infrastructure is intended for legitimate business communication. The following categories are permitted when sent with proper authentication (see Email Authentication Guide):
Core System Transactional
- Account creation and email address verification
- Password resets and security alerts
- Hosting provision and service status notifications
- Invoice and billing receipts
- Server monitoring alerts (Sentinel platform)
Opt-In Subscriber Communications
- Newsletters and product updates to subscribers who completed double opt-in
- Appointment reminders for customers who booked a service
- Order confirmations and shipping updates
- Customer support ticket replies
Multi-Tenant Application Email
Business applications hosted on NiishCloud (e.g., AVA Closer, Growth Suite) may send email on behalf of verified tenants only to recipients with documented consent. Cold outreach, purchased lists, and scraped addresses are prohibited.
Prohibited Uses
- Unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) and cold outreach
- Purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
- Phishing, malware distribution, or deceptive sender identity
- Re-sending to suppressed bounce or complaint addresses

List Hygiene Requirements
- Verify email addresses before triggering operational emails
- Enforce double opt-in for marketing lists within tenant applications
- Include a working unsubscribe link in all marketing messages
- Honor opt-out requests within 10 business days
